Ronnie Williamson

Ronnie Williamson served in The Royal Scots before volunteering to join 2 SBS (Special Boat Section). Attached to COPP, he saw service with COPP 6 in the Mediterranean during Operation Husky, the landings on Sicily. After the war he lived in Edinburgh and became a good friend of COPP founder Nigel Clogstoun-Willmott, who also lived in the city. Our thanks to his son, David Williamson, for sharing these items.
